Corporate Social Responsibility

In their academic text, Business and Society: “Ethics and Stakeholder Management” Carroll and Buchholtz define Corporate social responsibility (CSR) as the “economic, legal, ethical, and discretionary expectations that society has of organizations at a given point in time”. Today’s business world expects companies to display a high degree of ethical practices and to this end GMS is committed to operate in a manner that exemplifies this definition.

GMS Invests heavily in scalable and self-sustaining programs that use technology to meet some our client’s biggest challenges. We deploy our expertise, technology and unquivering commitment so as to ensure that we deliver our services in an ethical, legal and innovative way.

Our CSR spans across a number of key areas which includes:

  • Environment
  • Volunteering programs
  • Education
  • Community Engagement
  • Ethical Business Practices
